Flow with us

Classes are in person, on zoom, and pre-recorded.  For highly personalized practice, one-on-one private sessions are offered.

About us

I started Yoga’s Method in 2023 to focus on lifelong yoga practice supporting a healthy community.  Yoga will look different for each person.  Even for the same person, will change throughout their life.  I experienced yoga’s benefits first hand after the birth of my first child.  My ability and self-awareness has evolved.  Incredibly, even a meager practice boosts wellbeing.  Let us shape our minds with our bodies as we flow together.
